Distilled from fresh hops flowers of Northwestern USA, the process delivers an oil teeming with richness and depth. Hops flowers are delicate to grow. Because of this, a minimal amount of fish- and stream-friendly pesticides is used. It doesn’t come through in the essential oil. (Hops is the only oil we carry produced with environmentally friendly pest control.) Hops finds its roots in the Cannabaceae family, echoing terpene profiles found in cannabis and hemp. These naturally occurring terpenes are found in the yellow lupulin resin of the hop flower. Through steam distillation the distiller takes unprocessed, fresh hops producing a beautiful essential oil that is welcomed and unrestricted in jurisdictions worldwide.
